Kay Doyle, MSLOC

My career has spanned many disciplines, including accounting, finance, investor relations, marketing, and corporate communications for Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical, financial services, energy, and agricultural industries. Whether I was directing a system conversion, designing a communication plan for a merger, or rebranding the company, my work had one thing in common—leading change. I also cultivated a talent coaching leaders, synthesizing complex issues, and linking strategy to performance.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration–Finance from Seattle University, and master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. I leverage my education, corporate background, and lived experience to inspire change grounded in human-centered design and will take great care to help you or your team navigate uncharted territory.
